Course:
  • Scenic country lanes.
  • First aid support.
  • Water station on route and at finish.
Facilities:
  • Kit storage (at owner's risk).
  • Hot and cold refreshments.
  • Post race presentation.
Trophies:
  • 1st place Male and Female for each age category.
  • Medals for all.
Entries:
  • Entries limited to 250 - please apply early to avoid disappointment.
  • Race numbers will be handed out on the day.
Entry fees:
  • Pre-entry: £10 or £7 for under 16s.
  • On the day: £12 or £8 for under 16s.
